Studio D A P is part of the Boele of Eesteren / Visser Smit construction consortium , in charge of the design of the project for the regional development of the Spuikwartier district, with the architects Patrick Fransen from NOAHH architects office | Network Oriented Architecture and Jo Coenen from Architects & Planners.

The comprehensive plan includes the development of a new cultural and educational complex, which will house the Residentie Orkest, the Nederlands Danstheater, the Dans- en Muziekcentrum Den Haag Foundation and the Royal Conservatory.

The project will include a 1,500-seat symphonic auditorium, a 1,300-seat dance theater with orchestra pit, a chamber music hall and a large orchestra rehearsal room. The building will also include apartments, a hotel, commercial outlets and a parking area able to accommodate 1,500 bicycles.

Studio D A P is in charge of the internal acoustics of all project rooms dedicated to music, theater and dance.
