Studio D A P is part of the Boele of Eesteren / Visser Smit construction consortium, in charge of the design of the project for the regional development of the Spuikwartier district, with the architects Patrick Fransen from NOAHH architects (Network Oriented Architecture) and Jo Coenen from Architects & Planners.

The comprehensive plan includes the development of a new cultural and educational complex, which will house the Residentie Orkest, the Nederlands Danstheater, the Dans- en Muziekcentrum Den Haag Foundation and the Royal Conservatory.

Other than the Royal Conservatory, the project will include a 1,500-seat symphonic auditorium, a 1,300-seat dance theater with orchestra pit, a chamber music hall and a large orchestra rehearsal room. The building will also include apartments, a hotel, commercial outlets and a parking area able to accommodate 1,500 bicycles.

Studio D A P is in charge of the room acoustics design of all project rooms dedicated to music, theater and dance.
