Studio D A P work as acoustician for the acoustic renovation of the opera house, in collaboration with the company EnTel, under the direction of the Budapest-based architecture firm ZDA.
This famous Mecca of European opera, inaugurated in 1884 and with a capacity of 1261 places, is the work of architect Miklós Ybla. It was directed among others by Gustav Mahler from 1888 to 1891.
This intervention is part of an ambitious project to renovate all the premises of the opera: studio sets, rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, etc.
