The project includes the transformation of the existing large 450-seat hall. From an acoustic point of view, the venue currently suffers from side surfaces that are too far from the sources on stage and the spectators. Side panels will correct this imbalance between the proportions. The project also includes the construction of a small 120-seat hall, a work studio, a restaurant, dressing rooms and offices.
