The Malesherbes cultural place project, located in the Maisons-Laffitte park, plans to modernize and expand the facilities of the existing conservatory and to build a 500-seat hall.
The conservatory has a 180-seat auditorium that can accommodate different musical groups. The conservatory also has a staging room, two percussion rooms, two small ensemble rooms, a medium ensemble room and a musical awakening room.
