Inaugurated in 1896 and classified as a historical monument, the Athénée Theater is one of the most beautiful Italian-style venues in Paris.

The renovation works have improved the conditions of reception of the public and of the shows, in terms of comfort and quality of listening.

Studio D A P’s acoustic mission focused on the following topics:

  • reconstruction of the orchestra pit: enlargement, geometric configuration and acoustic treatment
  • rehabilitation of the theater ventilation ductwork: control of noise and vibrations emitted by technical equipment and ventilation networks.
