Founded in 1988 and established in eastern Paris, La Coline is one of five national theaters.

Since 2006, the Théâtre de la Colline has a nearby building as a rehearsal space.

Several shows have been produced in this place, in co-production between the Théâtre de la Colline and young theatrical companies. Many thematic workshops around theater have also taken place.

Today, the desire of the Théâtre de la Colline is to reorganize, optimize and upgrade this building to provide optimal conditions for rehearsals in the new rooms and to be able to receive a public of 100 people.

This place, during the years of its operation, has become an indispensable tool for Théâtre de la Colline, in its commitment in the field of theatrical creation and transmission.
